Marco earned a double PhD in theoretical computer science from the Université Paris 13 and the Università di Bologna. Before joining the HiPeRT lab in September 2017, he worked as an adjoint professor at the Université Paris 7 Diderot and as a research associate at the University of Bath. Passionate about all challenges in both theory and practice of computer science, his mission is to bring real-time systems on multi-core architectures using hypervisor technologies. His activities thus include investigation and technological transfer, but also project leading and teaching.
