Project manager and accountant, Francesco has a strong expertise as research advisor and project manager of EU funding projects (FP7, EUAID, H2020, EASME, 3° Health programme, NIH).His main experience is related to ICT project applied to Transportation and Health sector. His skills are multidisciplinary and he is able to offer great contribution both in the project design, negotiation, management, monitoring and dissemination He will assists the research team and be responsible for administrative, financial and legal issues as well as monitoring the timing and the quality of the project deliverables.
